You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App(s) in any manner, and you shall not exploit the App(s) in any unauthorised way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.

Certain App Products may include functionality that enables you to acquire content on a subscription basis. Paid App Subscriptions are non-refundable. An App Subscriptions will automatically renew for the applicable time period you have selected, and, where applicable, your Account will be charged no more than 24-hours prior to the expiration of the current App Subscription.
You may cancel automatic renewal of paid App Subscriptions. You may cancel free App Subscriptions by deleting the App from your device. Certain paid App Subscriptions may offer a free trial period prior to charging your Account. If you decide you do not want to purchase the App Subscription, turn off payment during the free trial period.
If you take part in any competition which is run in or through the App (“Competition“), you agree to be bound by the rules of that competition and any other rules specified by Watch Learn Drive .Com Limited from time to time and by the decisions of Watch Learn Drive .Com Limited, which are final in all matters relating to the Competition. Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable tax; such sales tax is based on the bill-to address and the tax rate in effect at the time you download the product.
Prices for products offered may change at any time and Watch Learn Drive .Com Limited do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
If a product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to download, your sole remedy is a refund where applicable.
